Test programme:
We offer you the opportunity to test the Siux Diablo Elite 6 2026 padel racket. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to find out whether it is perfectly suited to your game?
This service is offered to you for a cost of €20 (with no additional delivery or return charges in mainland France), in exchange for a security deposit of €200.
Test programme terms and conditions:
1) You can test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a period of 7 days*.
2) The cost per test racket is €20. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit, which is €200. The €20 service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.
3) The displayed price of 200 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus 20 euros (service cost), as soon as the test racket is returned to our warehouse, in the same condition, and on the agreed date.
No refund will be granted in the event of an unreported delayed return.
Warning : payment of the security deposit for a test racket does not under any circumstances mean that the racket belongs to you.
Warning : we reserve the right not to refund your security deposit if the racket is returned to us broken or in poor condition**.
4) For your first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your identity document and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com with the subject line TEST PROGRAMME - DOCUMENTS - SURNAME - FIRST NAME***.
5) Receive your racket directly at home or at the collection point of your choice. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries outside mainland France.
6) You will find the return label in your parcel to attach to the parcel. We ask you to take particular care when packaging the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.
7) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice letter will be sent to you asking you to rectify the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed timeframe, we will keep your security deposit and ask you to pay the difference with the price of a new racket (price displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP e-commerce website).
* Excluding transit time
** Please note that to allow us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before dispatch, and will be compared with the returned product.
*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be kept by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing orders for the test programme.
By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to send you emails and/or postal mail as part of our communications regarding this programme.
