Where does Lacoste come from?
The brand was created by the famous French tennis player Henri Lacoste in 1933 in Troyes. It shook up the dress codes of the era by introducing a revolutionary polo shirt over the regulation shirts of tennis players. Lacoste was also the first brand to feature its logo on clothing, reflecting its values: elegance, tenacity, audacity and esprit d'équipe.
