Test programme:
We invite you to test the Babolat Counter Viper 2.6 2026 padel racket. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to find out if it is the perfect fit for your game?
This service is available for a fee of €20 (with no additional delivery or return costs in mainland France), against a security deposit of €200.
Test programme terms:
1) You may test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a period of 7 days*.
2) The cost per test racket is 20 euros. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit, i.e. 200 euros. The 20-euro service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.
3) The displayed price of 200 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, less the 20 euros (service fee), upon return of the test racket to our warehouse, in the same condition and on the agreed date.
No refund will be granted in the event of a late and unreported return.
Please note : paying the security deposit for a test racket in no way means that the racket belongs to you.
Please note : we reserve the right not to return the security deposit if the racket is returned to us broken or in poor condition**.
4) For your first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com with the subject line DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - LAST NAME - FIRST NAME***.
5) Receive your racket directly at home or at the pick-up point of your choice. Please note that additional fees may be charged for shipments outside mainland France.
6) You will find a return label in your parcel to attach to the parcel. We ask you to take particular care when packaging the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.
7) In the event that the test racket is not returned, a formal notice will be sent to you requesting that you rectify the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed period, we will retain your security deposit and request payment of the difference between it and the price of the new racket (price displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP website).
* Excluding transport time
** Please note that, to enable us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before dispatch, and compared with the returned product.
*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be retained by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing test programme orders.
By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to send you emails and/or postal mail as part of our communications regarding this programme
