TEST RACKET - Dunlop FX Hybrid padel racket

Test programme:

We invite you to test the Dunlop FX Hybrid padel racket. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to find out if it's the perfect match for your game? 

This service is available for a cost of €20 (with no additional delivery or return costs in mainland France), against a security deposit of €200.  

Test programme terms and conditions:

1) You can test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a period of 7 days*.

2) The cost per test racket is €20. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit, which is €200. The €20 service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.

3) The displayed price of 200 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus 20 euros (service cost), as soon as the test racket is returned to our warehouse, in the same condition, and on the agreed date.

No refund will be granted in the event of an unreported delayed return. 

Please note : payment of the security deposit for a test racket in no way means that the racket belongs to you.

Please note : we reserve the right not to return your security deposit if the racket is returned to us broken or in poor condition**.

4) For your first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com with the subject line DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - LAST NAME - FIRST NAME***.

5) Receive your racket directly at home or at the pick-up point of your choice. Please note that additional fees may apply for delivery outside mainland France.

6) You will find the return label in your parcel to attach to the parcel. We ask you to take particular care when packaging the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.

7) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice letter will be sent to you asking you to rectify the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed timeframe, we will keep your security deposit and ask you to pay the difference with the price of a new racket (price displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP e-commerce website).

** Please note that to allow us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before dispatch, and will be compared with the returned product.

*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be kept by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing orders for the test programme. 

By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to contact you by email and/or post regarding our communications about this programme.
