Returns, exchanges and after-sales support
You have 30 days to change your mind, provided the item is new, unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Exchanges for a different size or model are free: we dispatch the new item once we’ve received and checked your return. For refunds, return postage costs depend on your country and are set out in our returns policy.
If there’s a manufacturing defect, you’re covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years. Breakage caused by an impact (with a wall, the floor or another racket) is not covered. To make an after-sales claim, send photos and your order number to sav@esprit-padel-shop.com.
