The manoeuvrability advantage for aerial play

At just 345 grams on the balance, this model breaks the mould, offering exceptional freedom of movement that really pays off on volleys and overhead shots.

Its teardrop shape features an enlarged hitting area (Oversize Sweet Spot) that forgives positioning errors and sends the ball back into the court with maximum control.

To create a racket you can progress with, Babolat chose a hybrid frame combining carbon and fibreglass, offering the flexibility needed to learn and the responsiveness needed to improve.

At the heart of the racket are Soft EVA foam and the Improver Heart structure, a technical pairing designed to absorb shocks, stabilise impact and provide a soft feel that helps prevent arm fatigue.

Technologies integrated into the Babolat Air Origin 2025 padel racket

Hybrid Frame

The Air Origin frame benefits from a unique hybrid construction, combining fibreglass and carbon. This combination offers a perfect balance between flexibility, impact comfort, strength and responsiveness, ensuring both forgiveness and dynamism in play.

The racket's core is made of low-density EVA foam. This soft foam provides enhanced comfort, excellent vibration absorption and optimal forgiveness, ideal for beginners or players seeking more feel.

Improver Heart

Located in the centre of the bridge, this specific design stabilises the racket on impact. It promotes better ball control and limits unwanted twisting, for more consistent and precise shots.

Oversize Sweet Spot

The ideal hitting zone is enlarged, making sweet spot centering easier. This helps compensate for positioning errors and delivers better performance, even on slightly off-centre hits.

Light Weight

Thanks to its lighter weight, this racket stands out for its exceptional manoeuvrability. It delivers great responsiveness in fast phases of play and reduces fatigue, especially for beginner players.
