In 2023, the Austrian brand Head, already a major player in the world of Padel, decided to revamp its Padel racket lines by changing the names, colors, and certain features of its existing models. As with the other lines—and as has been the case from the start—the Radical line consists of three distinct rackets, one for each player level. A bit more challenging to master, this racket is slightly less accessible but allows you to generate more power than the Elite. 

Finally, the Radical Pro—the most advanced racket in the line—allows you to take your game to the next level. Like all Head Pro Padel rackets, it’s more powerful than its smaller counterparts. The graphene layer has therefore been removed, making way for 3K carbon as the sole material for the faces. Nevertheless, the racket retains its control attributes; the foam remains Confort FOAM, and the shape remains teardrop-shaped. We can therefore say that these versatile rackets are more control-oriented. 

How to Choose Your Head Radical Padel Racket?

Whenever you switch rackets, you need to consider several factors to choose a Head padel racket that suits your playing style and skill level. The same applies to the Radical series. If you’re a beginner just starting out in Padel, the Radical Elite is the best choice. If you’ve already played a few matches, then the Radical Motion and Radical Pro models will suit you well.
