When padel gets its very own eyewear...

As the Esprit Padel Shop catalogue continues to grow, we’re delighted to introduce our new range of padel glasses from Rudy Project.

But first, what is Rudy Project?

An Italian brand specialising in sports glasses, Rudy Project offers a wide range of innovative eyewear designed to meet athletes’ needs. Its range includes running glasses with flexible, sturdy frames that stay securely in place without becoming uncomfortable, even after hours of training.

But Rudy Project is also, above all, a committed brand aiming for zero waste and plastic through its Ride to 0 project. Some frames are therefore made from Rilsan, a plant-based polymer that is among the least polluting and is also highly durable.

The nose pads are also adjustable for optimal comfort.
These elements can be customised: you can change the lenses to your preferred colour, as well as the rubber parts on the frames.

What makes the Propulse ImpactX sunglasses particularly suited to padel, however, is their lenses: the purple and red ImpactX lenses

Lenses featuring ImpactX technology are photochromic. This means they are transparent in the dark and become opaque in the light. It’s very useful to have glasses that adapt to powerful padel-court floodlights or the sun’s rays. This technology helps you keep the ball in sight at all times.
