Thanks to this team, Siux is gaining popularity and its models are selling more and more—all good news for a brand that’s barely 10 years old. 

With Franco Stupaczuk joining as a brand ambassador, the company took the opportunity to launch a brand-new line called Electra. In just two years and with only two models, it has won over fans’ hearts thanks to its unique technologies. Thanks to this—and its two variations, which cater to all playing styles—the Electra (also known as the ST1 or ST2, depending on the year) is one of the most popular rackets on the market. 

Siux Electra Padel Rackets: What Are the Benefits?

The Siux Electra Padel rackets are available in three distinct models designed to accommodate as many playing styles as possible. Note that we’re referring here to the 2023 models, and that only the classic ST2 had a 2022 edition called the ST1. The classic Siux Electra ST2 is a fairly well-rounded racket with a carbon density in the faces equivalent to 15k. While very stiff, it compensates with ultra-soft foam on the inside, making it versatile and quite unique. Additionally, its teardrop shape makes it the quintessential all-around racket. 

Its first variant is the Siux Electra ST2 Hybrid, which differs slightly in its carbon density. Instead of the ST2’s fairly stiff 15k carbon, the ST2 Hybrid features 12k carbon, which is more flexible and offers better control and slightly enhanced comfort. However, the other features are quite similar between the ST2 and the ST2 Hybrid, as they use the same foam, the same shape, and the same technologies. 

The second Electra model is the Siux Electra ST2 Control, which, as its name suggests, prioritizes ball control. It retains many of the features of its sister model, the classic ST2: ultra-soft foam, 15k carbon, and the same innovations… But the major change lies in the shape. A round mold is used here to balance the weight at the handle, thereby improving the racket’s maneuverability. Ideal for players who prefer to defend and lob. 

Several interesting technologies are incorporated into the Electra ST2. First, the grip. In collaboration with ShockOut, Siux has integrated a special spiral grip that fits perfectly around the fingers and provides better grip, similar to Bullpadel’s Hesacore grips. Note: it’s always recommended to apply an overgrip on top. 

Also resulting from the partnership with ShockOut, Siux has incorporated anti-vibration inserts into the grommet holes of its rackets. These accessories, available for separate purchase and compatible with virtually all rackets on the market, help reduce elbow vibrations caused by shots. This is useful for minimizing the impact of the high-density carbon and preventing injuries such as tendonitis.

Are Siux Electra Padel rackets suitable for all players?

Siux Electra rackets cannot be considered suitable for all types of players.
