Test Padel Rackets

Test your rackets before you buy them!

At Esprit Padel Shop, we know it is essential to play with a racket perfectly suited to your style and needs. That is why we provide an exclusive test service. Receive the racket directly at home to try it out in real match conditions and assess its performance, manoeuvrability and comfort. This allows you to make an informed choice, avoiding disappointment or an unsuitable purchase.

How does it work?

This service is available for a fee of 20 euros (with no additional delivery or return fees in mainland France), against a security deposit of 150 euros.  

Test programme terms and conditions:

1) You can test a maximum of two rackets per test session for a period of 7 days*.

2) The cost per test racket is 20 euros. Delivery and return shipping costs are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit of 150 euros. The 20 euro service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.

3) The displayed price of 150 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus 20 euros (service fee), once the test racket is returned to our warehouse, in the same condition and by the agreed date.

No refund will be granted in the event of an unnotified late return. 

Please note : paying the security deposit for a test racket does not mean under any circumstances that the racket belongs to you.

Please note : we reserve the right not to refund the security deposit if the racket is returned broken or damaged**.

4) For your first order, please send the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com using the subject line DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - SURNAME - FIRST NAME***.

5) Receive your racket directly at home or at the pick-up point of your choice. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries outside mainland France.

6) A surprise awaits you in your inbox!

A commercial discount will be offered for the purchase of your new racket.

7) Inside your parcel, you will find the return label to stick onto the box. Please take special care when packing the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.

8) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice will be sent requesting that you resolve the situation. If the racket is not returned within the agreed timeframe, we will retain your security deposit and request payment of the difference with the price of a brand-new racket (as displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP website).

* Excluding transit time

** Please note that to help us assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and stored prior to dispatch, and will be compared with the returned product.

*** Personal data protection: your documents will only be retained by ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing test programme orders. 

By ordering a racket through the test programme, you authorise us to send you emails and/or letters in connection with this programme.
