Test programme:
We offer you the opportunity to test the Siux Trilogy Elite 6 2026 Padel racket. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to find out if it is the perfect fit for your game?
This service is offered for a cost of €20 (with no additional delivery or return fees in mainland France), against a security deposit of €200.
Test programme terms and conditions:
1) You can test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a duration of 7 days*.
2) The cost per test racket is €20. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit of €200. The €20 service fee will be deducted before this deposit is refunded.
3) The displayed price of €200 is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus the €20 (service cost) as soon as the test racket is returned to our warehouse, in the same condition, and by the agreed date.
No refund will be granted in the event of a delayed and unreported return.
Please note : payment of the security deposit for a test racket does not in any way mean that the racket belongs to you.
Please note : we reserve the right not to refund your security deposit if the racket is returned broken or in poor condition**.
4) For the first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com stating in the subject line of your email DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - SURNAME - FIRST NAME***.
5) Receive your racket directly at your home or at the pick-up point of your choice. Please note that additional fees may apply for shipments outside mainland France.
6) You will find the return label in your parcel to stick on the parcel. We ask that you take particular care when packing the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.
7) In the event of non-return of the test racket, a formal notice letter will be sent requesting that you resolve the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed timeframe, we will retain your security deposit and request payment of the difference with the price of the new racket (price shown on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP merchant site).

** Please note that to allow us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before dispatch, and will be compared with the returned product.
*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be kept by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing test programme orders.
By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to send you emails and/or letters in the frame of our correspondence regarding this programme.
