Delivery

Returns, exchanges and customer service
You have 30 days to change your mind, provided the racket has not been played with and the plastic film is still on the racket handle. A racket whose film has been removed, even partially, cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges for a different model are free: we dispatch the new racket once we have received and checked the return. For refunds, return shipping costs depend on your country and are set out in our returns policy.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years. Damage caused by an impact (with a wall, the ground or another racket) is not covered. To make a warranty claim, send photos and your order number to sav@esprit-padel-shop.com.
