Delivery
Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times, charges, the free delivery threshold and available options (including express delivery) depend on your country and are shown at checkout. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Returns, exchanges and after-sales support
You have 30 days to change your mind, provided the item is new, unworn, unwashed, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Exchanges for a different size or model are free: we dispatch the new item once we’ve received and checked your return. For refunds, return postage costs depend on your country and are set out in our returns policy.
If there’s a manufacturing defect, you’re covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years. Breakage caused by an impact (with a wall, the floor or another racket) is not covered. To make an after-sales claim, send photos and your order number to sav@esprit-padel-shop.com.
