Master your first steps with fluidity and forgiveness
The Head Kickstarter Red is the ideal ally for newcomers to the court eager to get started in pickleball.
With its 220 g weight, this racket stands out for its versatility and immediately adapts to your first playing habits by ideally combining hitting power and control.
Its elongated design has been engineered to extend your coverage area and shift the sweetspot upwards, providing maximum forgiveness and a dose of natural power—two key assets for progressing quickly.
At the heart of its structure, its 15 mm core smooths the balance between defensive rigour and attacking projection.
This face is paired with a 12.7 cm handle that creates an optimal hitting area while offering a natural, fluid grip completely free from tension.
Technologically, the model incorporates the aerodynamic Tapered Power Shape concept, a refined profile at the throat that redirects kinetic energy directly towards the head of the racket to generate ball depth without straining your arm.
The Fibreglass Composite (Fiberglass HS) face guarantees a cushioned, silky impact, allowing you to guide your shots more effectively while protecting your joints.
Finally, the Ergo Grip system, a foam handle patented by HEAD, completes the package by providing lasting shock absorption and consistent playing sensations throughout matches.
Technologies integrated into the Head Kickstarter Red pickleball racket:
Fibreglass HS
Ergo Grip
An exclusive Head feature, the ergonomic foam handle offers perfect consistency, optimal comfort and improved playing feel.
This aerodynamic profile features a refined core that propels energy towards the top of the racket. It helps extend ball trajectory and unleash effortless power on every shot.

Returns, exchanges and customer service
You have 30 days to change your mind, provided the racket has not been played with and the plastic film is still on the racket handle. A racket whose film has been removed, even partially, cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges for a different model are free: we dispatch the new racket once we have received and checked the return. For refunds, return shipping costs depend on your country and are set out in our returns policy.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years. Damage caused by an impact (with a wall, the ground or another racket) is not covered. To make a warranty claim, send photos and your order number to sav@esprit-padel-shop.com.
