It is ideally consumed in small portions every 45 minutes to 1 hour during exertion, whether on the road, trails, or in transition.

Ingredients: dried apricots 25% (apricots 95%, rice flour, sulphites), glucose syrup, soya extrudates (soya protein isolate, rice flour, barley malt extract, salt), dehydrated apples (apples, sulphur dioxide), polydextrose, peach 6.9% (peaches 90%, rice flour, sulphur dioxide), wheat germ, sunflower oil, apple powder, fructose, rice flour, flavourings, vitamins C and B1 (thiamine). Made in a facility that uses: milk, eggs, nuts, sesame.
