Alix Collombon: for the history books!

Once again, Alix Collombon, an ambassador for our brand Esprit Padel Shop and ranked 29th in the world, will try to write her name into the history books of French and world padel tomorrow at 10:00.
For the second time in a row, the Lyon-born player and her partner Jessica Castello will compete in the final of a Challenger tournament on the World Padel Tour circuit. If she wins in La Nucia, in southern Spain, she will be the first French player to win a professional tournament.
After hard-fought battles in the first two rounds, they earned the right to face the tournament’s second seeds: two legends of the sport, Elisabet Amatrian (world No. 17) and Carolina Navarro Bjork (No. 18), both multiple title winners on the main circuit.
And what a performance! More solid and incisive than ever, they gave their opponents no chance in the semi-final, winning in straight sets, 6–4, 6–3.
