TEST RACKET - Head Extreme Pro 2025 padel racket

Test programme:

We offer you the chance to test the padel racket Head Extreme Pro 2025. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to find out whether it is perfectly suited to your game? 

This service is offered to you for a cost of 20 euros (with no additional delivery or return costs in mainland France), in exchange for a security deposit of 200 euros.  

Test programme terms:

1) You may test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a period of 7 days*.

2) The cost per test racket is 20 euros. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit, i.e. 200 euros. The 20-euro service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.

3) The displayed price of 200 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, less the 20 euros (service fee), as soon as the test racket is returned to our warehouse, in the same condition and on the agreed date.

No refund will be granted in the event of a late and unreported return. 

Warning : payment of the security deposit for a test racket does not mean in any way that the racket belongs to you.

Warning : we reserve the right not to refund your security deposit if the racket is returned to us broken or in poor condition**.

4) For the first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your identity document and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com with your email subject line DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - SURNAME - FIRST NAME***.

5) Receive your racket at home or at the collection point of your choice. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries outside mainland France.

6) A surprise awaits you in your

inbox! A commercial discount will be offered to you on the purchase of your new racket.

7) You will find a return label in your parcel to stick on the parcel. We ask you to take particular care when packaging the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.

8) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice will be sent to you asking you to rectify the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed period, we will retain your security deposit and ask you to pay the difference with the price of the new racket (price displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP website).

** Please note that, to enable us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before dispatch, and compared with the returned product.

*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be retained by ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing test programme orders. 

By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to send you emails and/or postal mail as part of our communications about this programme.
