Collection Head Padel 2022 : de belles raquettes présentées pour la nouvelle année.
Summary

For its new 2022 collection, Head is reissuing some of its most popular rackets. Although the Head Alpha is absent because it remains unchanged this year, the new line-up still has plenty to offer, even for experienced players. Esprit Padel Shop gives you a quick look at these rackets to help you choose your next Head racket.

The Delta range: the ideal blend of power and comfort.

More powerful than the Alpha range, the Delta range is used by experienced players looking to build their game around power. This year, the entire range has been updated with new technologies.

Head Delta Pro

The Delta Pro is the most powerful racket in this collection, with its oversized diamond shape and weight concentrated towards the top of the racket. Its all-carbon construction brings strength and firmness to your shots. The new Auxetic structure nevertheless provides greater touch and control for more delicate shots. Extreme Spin technology adds texture to the faces, helping you generate more spin.

Head Delta Motion

Very similar to the Pro, the Delta Motion is also a power racket, but with one small difference: its weight. Weighing 10 grams less than its sibling, the Motion has a different design and offers better manoeuvrability. All the technologies mentioned above are also found in this racket.

Head Delta Elite

Another racket in the Delta range is the Elite. Its diamond shape gives it power, while its fibreglass faces provide a softer, more elastic feel than the Pro or Motion. The smooth faces also improve the effectiveness of flat shots. If you play an aggressive game without relying too heavily on spin, this racket is for you.

All these rackets use a Power Foam core, designed for power and greater explosiveness on every shot. Once mastered, these rackets can be devastating on smashes and volleys.

Head Evo Delta

The Evo Delta brings Head’s expertise and the Delta range’s qualities to beginners looking to start playing padel with confidence. This teardrop-shaped racket focuses on control and manoeuvrability, helping you master the ball. With its Soft Foam core, ball contact feels softer and the sweet spot is more forgiving, for maximum comfort on every shot.

The Zéphyr range: control every padel shot.

The Zéphyr range focuses on control and precision. Designed for intermediate players, these rackets are ideal for those who favour a counterattacking game.

Head Zephyr Pro

The Zephyr Pro is a heavy control racket, offering an appealing balance of power and precision. Its Comfort Foam core and teardrop shape provide a soft, manageable feel on the ball, helping you place your shots. Head’s Graphene 360+ technology enhances comfort on impact. Despite its relatively heavy weight of 365 grams, it still lets you hit hard, particularly on smashes.

Head Zephyr and Head Zephyr UL

Like the Pro, the Zephyr is a teardrop-shaped control racket. At 20 grams lighter than the Pro, it offers greater freedom of movement at the expense of hitting power. For even more control, the Zephyr UL is lighter still: at 340 grams, it is one of the lightest rackets on the circuit. This racket is ideal for a teenager or a woman looking to improve their game.

The Flash range: perfect for beginners!

For beginners, Head presents its 2022 Flash collection, with two models worth a closer look. With its teardrop shape and Power Foam core, the Flash Pro offers an appealing balance to help you develop as a player. Stabilizer technology balances stability and power, making for an attractive racket. Its lighter sibling, the Flash, has the same features as the Pro but weighs a few grams less for improved manoeuvrability. It is available on our site in two colourways (pink / black and grey / yellow).

Head has a busy autumn ahead, with reissues of iconic and highly popular rackets. The Austrian brand’s guiding principle remains the same: quality above all. And with this collection, padel enthusiasts of every level will find something for them.
