Test - Padel HEAD SPEED PRO racket

Test program:

We invite you to test thePadel HEAD SPEED PRO racket. This test model allows you to try to play with this racket before buying it. What could be better to know if it is perfect for your game?

This service is offered for a cost of 20 euros (without additional delivery and return costs in mainland France), in return for a security deposit in the amount of 150 euros.

Test program conditions:

1) You can textTwo rackets maximum by test session, for a period of7 days*.

2) The cost per test racket is20 euros. Shipping costs for sending and returning are included in this sum. You will have to pay only the security deposit, i.e. 150 euros. The 20 euros in service cost will be deducted before reimbursement of the said deposit.

3) the displayed price of 150 euros East A security deposit, which will be returned to you, deduction of the 20 euros (cost of the service) as soon as we return to our warehouse of the test racket, in the same state, and on the agreed date.

No refund will be granted in the event of delayed and not reported return.

Attention : Payment of the security deposit for a test racket does not mean that the racket is up to you.

Attention : We reserve the right not to restore the warranty deposit if the racket comes back broken or in poor condition **.

4) For the first order, we thank you for sending us the following supporting documents: copy of your identity document and proof of address, at the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com By lubbery your Shipping Parts - Test Program - LAST NAME FIRST NAME***.

5) Receive your racket directly your house or in the relay point of your choice. You will note that additional costs may be invoiced in the event of sending outside the metropolitan France.

6) A surprise awaits you in your mailbox ! A commercial reduction will be offered to you for the purchase of your new racket.

7) You will find in your package the return label to stick on the package. We ask you to take special care in the racket packaging so that it reaches us in the best condition.

8) In case of non-return of the test racket a letter of formal notice will be sent to you to ask you to regularize the situation. If the racket has not returned to us within the agreed period, we will keep your deposit of guarantee and we will ask you to set up the difference with the price of the new racket (price displayed on the shopping site Padel Shop).

* Excluding transportation

** It is specified here that to allow us to judge the state of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before sending, and will be compared with the returned product.

*** Protections of your personal data: your parts will only be kept by the company Padel Shop for processing control of the test program. 

By ordering a racket of the test program, you allow us to send you emails and/or postal letters as part of our exchanges on this program.
