How can I check the condition of my order?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our execution centers, in which your article will be posted.
You can contact us during the first 48 hours for a full refund without specific reasons.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery period to Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery period to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.
