Test programme:
We invite you to test the Bullpadel Hack 04 Hybrid Cloud 2026 padel racket. This test model allows you to try playing with this racket before buying it. What better way to see if it perfectly suits your game?
This service is offered at a cost of 20 euros (with no additional delivery and return costs in mainland France), in exchange for a security deposit of 200 euros.
Test programme conditions:
1) You can test a maximum of two rackets per test session, for a duration of 7 days*.
2) The cost per test racket is €20. Shipping costs for delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit, which is €200. The €20 service fee will be deducted before the deposit is refunded.
3) The displayed price of €200 is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus the €20 (service fee) upon the return of the test racket to our warehouse, in the same condition, and on the agreed date.
No refund will be granted in the event of an unnotified late return.
Please note : payment of the security deposit for a test racket in no way means that the racket belongs to you.
Please note : we reserve the right to withhold the security deposit if the racket is returned broken or in poor condition**.
4) For your first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com entitling your email DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAMME - SURNAME - FIRST NAME***.
5) Receive your racket directly at home or at the pick-up point of your choice. Please note that additional charges may apply for delivery outside mainland France.
6) In your parcel, you will find the return label to stick onto the parcel. We kindly ask you to take special care when packaging the racket so that it reaches us in the best possible condition.
7) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice letter will be sent requesting that you resolve the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed timeframe, we will retain your security deposit and request payment of the difference with the price of the new racket (price displayed on the ESPRIT PADEL SHOP commercial website).
* Excluding delivery time
** Please note that to allow us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and kept before shipment, and will be compared with the returned product.
*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be kept by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purpose of processing test programme orders.
By ordering a racket from the test programme, you authorise us to contact you by email and/or post as part of our communications regarding this programme.
