Try out your rackets before you buy them!

At Esprit Padel Shop, we know it’s essential to play with a racket that’s perfectly suited to your style and needs. That’s why we offer an exclusive trial service. You’ll receive the racket directly at your home so you can try it out in real-world conditions and assess its performance, maneuverability, and comfort. This system allows you to make an informed choice, avoiding any disappointment or a purchase that isn’t the right fit.

How does it work?

This service is available for 20 euros (with no additional shipping or return fees in mainland France), in exchange for a security deposit of 150 euros.  

Test Program Terms:

1) You may test up to two rackets per test session for a period of 7 days*.

2) The cost per racket is 20 euros. Shipping costs for both delivery and return are included in this amount. You will only need to pay the security deposit of 150 euros. The 20-euro service fee will be deducted from the deposit before it is refunded.

3) The listed price of 150 euros is a SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be refunded to you, minus the 20 euros (service fee), once the test racket is returned to our warehouse in the same condition and by the agreed-upon date.

No refund will be issued in the event of a delayed or unreported return. 

Please note: Payment of the security deposit for a test racket does not in any way mean that the racket belongs to you.

Please note: We reserve the right not to refund the security deposit if the racket is returned to us broken or in poor condition**.

4) For your first order, please send us the following supporting documents: a copy of your ID and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com, with the subject line DOCUMENTS - TEST PROGRAM - LAST NAME - FIRST NAME***.

5) Have your racket delivered directly to your home or to the pickup location of your choice. Please note that additional fees may apply for shipments outside of mainland France.

6) A surprise awaits you in your inbox! 

You’ll be offered a discount on the purchase of your new racket.

7) Inside your package, you’ll find a return label to affix to the package. Please take special care when packing the Racket to ensure it reaches us in the best possible condition.

8) If the test racket is not returned, a formal notice will be sent to you asking you to resolve the situation. If the racket is not returned to us within the agreed-upon timeframe, we will retain your security deposit and ask you to pay the difference between that amount and the price of the new racket (as listed on the Esprit Padel Shop website).

** Please note that in order for us to assess the condition of the racket, photos will be taken and retained prior to shipment, and will be compared with the returned product.

*** Protection of your personal data: Your information will be retained solely by Esprit Padel Shop for the purpose of processing orders under the test program. 

By ordering a racket from the test program, you authorize us to send you emails and/or postal mail as part of our communications regarding this program.
