Test program:
We suggest you test the Racket of padel Starvie Astrum+ 2026. This test model allows you to try playing with this Racket before buying it. What's the best way to find out if it's the right fit for your game?
This service is offered to you for a cost of 20 euros (no additional delivery and return costs in mainland France), in return for a security deposit of 150 euros.
Conditions of the test program:
1) You can test two rackets at most per test session for a duration of 7 days*.
2) The cost per Racket test is 20 euros. Shipping costs for sending and returning are included in this amount. You will only have to pay the security deposit, i.e. 150 euros. The 20 euros cost of the service will be deducted before reimbursement of said deposit.
3) The displayed price of 150 euros is A SECURITY DEPOSIT, which will be returned to you, less 20 euros (cost of the service) upon return to our warehouse Racket test, in the same condition, and on the agreed date.
No refunds will be given in the event of a delayed or unreported return.
Caution : payment of the security deposit for a Racket test does not in any way mean that the Racket belongs to you.
Caution : we reserve the right not to return the security deposit to you if the Racket returns to us broken or in poor condition**.
4) For the first order, please send us the following supporting documents: copy of your identity document and proof of address, to the following email address: contact@esprit-padel-shop.com by labeling your shipment PARTS - TEST PROGRAM - NAME - FIRST NAME***.
5) Directly receive your Racket at your home or in the relay point of your choice. You will note that additional costs may be charged if sent outside mainland France.
6) You will find in your package the return label to stick on the package. We ask that you take particular care in packaging the Racket so that it reaches us in the best condition.
7) In the event of non-return of the Racket test a letter of formal notice will be sent to you asking you to regularize the situation. If the Racket is not returned to us within the agreed deadline, we will keep your security deposit and we will ask you to pay the difference with the price of the Racket new (price displayed on the ESPRIT shopping site PADEL SHOP).
*Excluding transport time
** It is specified here that to enable us to judge the state of the Racket, Photos will be taken and stored before sending, and will be compared with the returned product.
*** Protection of your personal data: your documents will only be kept by the company ESPRIT PADEL SHOP for the purposes of processing test program orders.
By ordering a Racket of the test program, you authorize us to send you emails and/or postal letters as part of our discussions on this program.
